As a representative of the Prisoners of Conscience Fund (PCF), I would like to express our deep disappointment and strong objection to TIME Magazine’s selection of Ho Chi Minh as the 10th most prominent political prisoner and freedom fighter in an article by Josh Sanburn, published on the 15th November, 2010. Ho Chi Minh is unfortunately not the man your respectable magazine labels him as. He is a manipulative fraud, a participant of Communist International and an agent of the Soviet Union. He has the blood of his own people on his hands.
