We would like to raise an issue concerning the case of human rights abused in Vietnam. Mr Nguyen Huu Cau has been wrongly and unjustly condemned for daring to speak out. The cause of this began in 1982. Cau had spoken out against two local government officers were performing indecent acts of rape, murderer and bribery. The two officers had purposely sent out disinformation about Cau to criminalize him and ‘cover up’ their wrongdoings. His punishment was for music he’s never written that was supposedly ‘damaging’. ‘Damaging’ to who or what was not stated in the law suit, however, this was obviously seen as denting the government image.
